Madly in love but disappointed

As the title says, I'm madly in love with the dress! the color and length are perfect and the long sleeve gives it that added layer for me since i'm always cold. The issue I have with the dress is the extra fabric on the neck and shoulder area. It looks weird and originally I thought I could wear the dress of the shoulder but sadly no. I'll have to unfortunately return it since it costs more to fix than to keep.
