GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

If you use a discount code of 30% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

USPS and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.

DUE TO COVID-19, FedEx Express is not able to provide money back guarantees should the package arrive after the guaranteed delivery date. 

 

 SHIPPING TERMS & POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and distance from Shop Priceless HQ. These estimates do not include delays caused by:


• Shipping Couriers
• Busy Sale Periods
• Credit Card Verification Process
• Incomplete or Invalid Addresses


Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the following business day.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations, include apartment, suite and/or box numbers. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If the package is returned non-deliverable or you refuse shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of any additional postage due on the return. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

FedEx Express (Express Saver, 2 Day or Standard Overnight) does not deliver to PO boxes.

Express shipments placed after 2:30 PM MST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. No weekend shipments.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, you must address this with the appropriate carrier (DHL, FedEx or USPS). Shop Priceless is not responsible for packages scanned as delivered nor will we issue any refunds.

* If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship a partial order and issue a refund for the sold out item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


(US) DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shop Priceless offers a tiered shipping structure on US orders:

  • $7.50 for orders $0 to $24.99
  • $9.50 for orders $25 to $59.99
  • FREE for orders over $60
  • Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories: Free for orders over $75 

We ship Monday through Friday in 5 to 7 business days. Shop Priceless will notify you if there is an issue with an order (Out of stock, Shipping Address Information). All orders receive insurance and tracking information. Orders usually arrive between 3 to 10 business days after it has been shipped. We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shop Priceless offers flat rate international shipping regardless of size or weight of order to many countries around the world. International orders usually take between 1-3 weeks for arrival depending upon customs and size of package. Orders usually arrive between 10 to 25 business days after we ship it.

Our list of countries we ship to is growing daily as we currently cover all of North America, South America, Europe and Australia. 

We currently are not shipping to Brazil and surrounding countries due to the unrest.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*MEXICO ALERT* 
 
For the time being, we are unable to ship any shoes to Mexico due to current restrictions. 

 


TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
